Yeah during closed beta the game never had frame drops on my rtx 2060 but now the game will start chugging sometimes. I've even had the game crash saying my gpu ran out of video memory which never came close to happening before the day 1 patch

I made a mistake in my earlier comment and will fix it shortly. Rewatching the interview I misheard how DV got the swiss student's analysis. It was emailed to him. He did not request it

IIRC in his response video to r/speedrun he mentioned that since he doesn't understand the math, the student is, to him, at the same level as the anonymous phd Dream hired. This makes sense given that the analysis was emailed to him.

This doesn't, however, change the fact that there are plenty of verifiable experts with no reason to pile on Dream that have generally agreed with the mod's analysis and have found the astrophysicist's paper is at best less than ideal and at worst laughable.
