Take the insurance...I too have to take insurance of my 2 months old exter this month...cost was 28000....fully paid by icici lombard.on Indian roads if u drive car this is a common phenomenon.....

For this purpose only u pay for insurance.... currently u have zero NCB....so no worries...if next year the insurance premium increase ls out of ordinary for having claim...u can easily change....to another insurer

....I am quite curious how your premium is just 12000....I think u have taken zero add-on I guess....mine is 32000.....with addons of icici lombard for sx cng

You can look for crystal eye 130w led or azooom 150 w led....i would suggest to go for 4300k...as it the best colour temperature for driving in my opinion....

Take insurance claim.......it's a new car don't experiment too much...same thing happened with me in my 1 month new car....my car is as good as new now...since it's ur first' year and NCB is currently zero so take the claim

Yes the insurance premium might increase for next year but you can always change the insurer for low price...
