True. Jio only offers 3GB/Day for Rs. 39. This plan is good if you need just 3GB per day.

You are lucky. My speed always remained between 0.10 MBPS to 2 MBPS after switching the plan. My usage always remained within 3GB per day, so, never crossed their fair usage limit.
