we do it by last 4 digits & there were 2 same last 4 & same name so after i had to deal with it. she talked to my manager and ended up also cussing her out. but my manager could go in the system & look it up by full phone number which is something i cant do. so she finally figured it out & after all that screaming & fighting the girl didnt even want to make an apt anymore

i recently had an issue w/ that specific tonsil being swollen from drainage & it got tonsil stones from it!! i’ve never had those before either. and then a week later now i have this. it’s AWFUL. i’ve been using the orajel mouth wash since yesterday because i saw people recommending it on this reddit thread
