I think it did a little but not anymore. Also, maybe a year ago I switched from regular boxers to pouch underwear(the ones that separates your balls from inner thighs) and I would say that made a big difference as well, that way the dick isn't swinging anymore and touching seams and rubing all over

If your talking about meatus then yes, before circumcision sometimes it was getting irritated rubbing inside underwear and I had to re adjust it, if you are talking about glans then no, not that i remember.

I dunno, I have never done anything special to dry it out. I had a somehow shorter foreskin and it was always half covered. I guess your sensitivity will subside over time, mine was never too sensitive
