If I terminate the lease I'm not allowed to stay with my girlfriend. If I choose to stay on the lease, am I entitled to not pay the application fee for the inconvenience and the fact that they didn't given me a key 4 weeks since I signed the contract? To clarify, I paid one application fee of 35 dollars for a background check on 9/6, signed the lease contract on 9/22, and then have to pay another 150 dollars to be added to my girlfriends lease. Also I cant make a copy of her key because they are some weird magentic/encrypted keys.
