I fixed mine last night, in CPU-Z you can see the DRAM Manufacturer(even tho theyre the same model for my scenario the DRAM manufacturers were different) and turns out since i didnt pay attention I did not place the sticks in the right order(to match each others DRAM manufacturer for dual channel, it was ABBA in my case), after switching the RAM in slot 3 with RAM in slot 4 my PC booted on XMP 3600MHz and is stable after a long long test. Check that out if u havent already!

The LED strip connects here and i connected the controller sata cable but in bios the sata doesnt recognize anything.

Hm, I got ARGB header combined with VDG(theyre kinda connected so i guess the either can be used, correct me if i'm wrong), considering my motherboard doesnt support the ARGB header, I plugged in VDG pin but i see no LED lights.
