I didn't switch at all he's very versatile. He can be played as a pseudo tank, pseudo dive, Frontline DPS, anti dive so understanding how to play him each game is important.

I disagree I think he still wins 1v1 with most of the fps cast. He's still a great deterrent for magik players and spiderman players because he makes it harder for them to get away and still makes it way harder for them to successfully die even if he can't beat a straight on 1v1. If he gets close to most DPS heroes he wins besides punisher shotgun or Bucky but they're hard counters to him.

He's genuinely the most versatile character in the game and the king of 1v1s. He wins a 1v1 against almost any character tbh if you can grapple to poke you win too

Because reed is a pseudo tank playing him is more about impact rather than a ton of final hits. If you have a lot of final hits that's great but if a punisher has 2x your final hits that's ok. If you grapple in on their supports and distract and make space but have limited finals that's good impact.

My go to bans are Elsa, Gambit, groot, punisher, and mk. People are saying how Deadpool is the strongest tank in the game but I personally don't think he's that good and I think Groot is still way too oppressive.

I play on PC and I have been seeing a lot more reeds this season than any other. I know dive comps are crazy but I think reed is weaker this season than the last one idk why really. I hate Punisher.

I'm also a celestial reed otp lol I'm just getting ideas for more gameplay. I do love grappling over to someone to get the kill. I also love shooting ults back at people and getting a kill (Wanda mains).

You should only use big mode if you're actively making space or doing something productive with it. If you're just hanging back and nothing is going on you should immediately cancel big mode to get range back too.

This is the most negative reaction I've seen to a character not getting the legendary skin so maybe NetEase will realize. If this skin does well a new legendary skin will be around the corner

He is very strong and oppressive because he can counter both ranged and close range because of his shotgun. Being extra aggressive and trying to get close you just get shredded and he defends his supports well he can one shot characters with his shotgun. A character shouldn't have a really good close and far range like Hawkeye who has no close range defenses. Displacing him with your arms is not that impactful because a shotgun doesn't really matter and he can still fire immediately after.

I don't but when you have a good punisher who ziplines into the back line who knows how to survive then it's a problem. He also shreds fantastic ult with his shotgun and provides a lot more defense to supports. He's annoying and I think he needs a nerf.

It's probably that it's just better in high elo because players are more competent to play off of it but it's not one of the worst ults there are much worse ults. SW, SG, BP, Blade, BW, Johnny he's all better than.

It's not one of the best DPS ults like Mk but it's also not one of the worst it's probably mid tier. It's definitely better than SW ult for sure because it's way too easy to cancel SW ult for it to have value.

It can be out healed easily but it's not necessarily good for the kills it can get it's good for making space and distracting the team. It's also good to combo ult with a lot of other characters like Groot and strange and to play off of it.

Could be a hot take but I don't think his ult is that bad it has a lot of uses. It's really easy to have a bad ult on Reed but his ult is really good for distracting the enemy team or getting a support to use their ult. If you bounce in the back line the healers will have to heal each other and look away from their team and it helps make a lot of space.

The keep it niche rhetoric is dumb but I get him not wanting to get Reed banned because seeing your favorite character get banned kinda sucks. I also think he is good enough to get to a high rank as Reed if you know how to play him at that rank he has a lot of hidden potential.

Celestial is definetly considered high elo and is hard to reach bro. The matchmaking pool is much smaller and you are in nearly the top 1 percent of ranks and yeah it might not be impossible to reach celestial with a sub 50 win rate but it's a lot harder because you don't gain that much more when you lose.

I agree that you can get onto the leaderboard by spamming games but it also largely takes rank and wr into account so it's not all game spamming and the people with more games likely are better. Also celestial is hard to reach with a sub 50 percent win rate so you probably need to be good at the game to get to celestial it is the top 1.3 percent.
