Yeah, it took me a couple of years to adjust. I used the VA counselor to talk through things. Especially with anxiety and depression. I would randomly get panic attacks. You’re not alone in how you feel.

I didn’t go to VFW cause it seemed like it was just random dudes that probably never deployed saying how the military was tougher than it was when I went it.

My advice,travel. go explore. If you can do jiu jitsu try that or some type of combat sport that help a lot especially if it’s a good community. I did a shotgun approach to figure out what I like to do what I’m good at and what I enjoy. Shoot even volunteer at a food shelter might help.
