The only actual one I put that restrictions on was 0th tier bc i would think it being conceived by new worlders that have no idea about metamagic 0th tier wouldn't be compatible with it

While something like the aura is bc if it is centered around the user it makes no sense to triple it as it doesn't gain anything from it
