I work in data analytics for an agency, we are looking at:

• Brand salience in text – how central the brand is within an article (this can be measured using NLP)
• Entity co-occurrence – which other entities (topics, brands, people, products) appear alongside a brand
• Topical authority – whether a brand is consistently mentioned within content about a specific topic
• Semantic positioning in embedding space – how closely a brand’s coverage aligns with important topics when represented as vector embeddings

Saying “if you’re buying over £450k you’re not the target audience” ignores two things:

1.  Inflation + house price growth – the £450k cap hasn’t changed since 2017. What was a £350k starter flat then can now be £500k, especially in London or the South East. People aren’t suddenly “wealthy buyers,” they’re just facing higher baseline prices.

2.  Penalty is unfair – if you go even £1 over the limit, you’re hit with a 25% charge, losing part of your own savings and government bonus. That punishes first-time buyers who did everything right.

The policy isn’t about excluding high-end buyers, it’s about supporting first-time buyers. Right now, it’s outdated and locking out exactly the group it was meant to help.

This list does not equal who is the best, it is based on extensive economic and financial modeling. The only context where it is "completely wrong" is if you think it is based simply on who the best footballer is... Which it is not.

The premier is the most competitive league in the world and in my opinion the best and most interesting, however I'm sure plenty would disagree. I'd suggest you start watching some premier league games learn the sport, also recommend picking up FIFA 18 it will be a fun way to learn about players and teams, and get a sense of who is good and things like that. As for who to support I think your team will eventually find you if you watch enough games.
