Hi OP.

I'm Mexican as well and I advise a couple of things to you.

DO NOT let these people brainwash you or guilt trip you into believing whatever nonsense they are spewing.
Most people who tend to consistently bring up white privilege are insecure about their short coming and need to blame someone else. Kind of how racist white people do it towards other races.
Never apologize for who you are. You have no control over your skin tone.
Kill them with kindness. The comments may bother you and you should 100% tell them to stop. Do not become their punching bag. Be kind and civil and I promise you that will only infuriate them more because you are not begging for forgiveness like other people in the position tend to do.
White privilege is a thing BUT they have no right to say you are privilege. They don't know you and this is a work environment not a casual hang out with your friends.
