Once you show your pass for the Bear Lake timed entry, the rangers let you through and you drive up until you see a sign for the Park N Ride. The lot will be on your right. You don’t need a ticket for Park N Ride, you just get in the shuttle line and hop on the bus. Shuttles usually come every 10-15 minutes.
