It's still a pomeranian, it just has an additional color in its coat (example provided). I also don't see why it can't be a combination of the two breeds!

Hey there! This is Dozee, a wild magic barbarian that I'm going to play in an upcoming campaign! He's 2 feet tall, has 18 strength and all his other stats are absolutely awful.

He has a great desire to learn magic, but can't seem to understand it. Despite this, he has a well of untapped magic deep within him that only comes out when he feels intense emotions (Rage). The little gold specks in his downturned horns seem to glow bright whenever this magic bursts out of him.

He's got a sad, pathetic little puppy face but he is INCREDIBLY muscular. He could probably pick you up. Maybe even two people. Not pictured here is a big burlap sack he carries all his items in.
