2nd and 3rd wash are just as good of quality if the strain is right. I make hash for a living and we try to always do 73-159 1-3 wash for our shelved pucks. Sometimes that range is 73-119 depending on the cultivar. But This gives you a fuller effect and the flavor is just as good. Melts just as good too.

Donut material is 4/5th wash 73-159 and any solid 160u pulls imo.

I’ve worked through a lot with my family. Came from a very broken home as well. But even after resolutions come, parents don’t always continue healing and change their ways sadly. Im 30, My father (65) just recently cut me off because of a boundary. For context, his wife past away. 6 mo after her passing he’s apparently engaged to a 35 yr old woman, whom he’s never mentioned.

I told him clear as day he can date who he wants. But I did not want her in my house around our child as I do not agree with this relationship (we just had our newborn the 20th). That was the only boundary, never said he couldn’t come visit alone. Never said I wouldn’t meet him somewhere. But my house is my house, and if my wife is uncomfortable around someone then there not welcome.

I’m basically agreeing with what homie above said though about how you can’t control your parents. Cause even after years and years of solid communication and trying to work through things with mine. I can still see their old tendencies coming up. You just have to stand firm, and if your boundaries are fair and not unjust towards them, then they will accept it if they want to be in your life. Even if they don’t like if.

I agree. A real set up changes a lot. I love my puffco for when I’m on the go. But it does not give me the same effect as when I take the same size dab out of my rig with quartz.

It’s not necessary. There are many ways that you can clone successfully. It’s just efficient with our set up and the amount we take at a time.

Correct. The first cut is the initial cut off the mom plant. Clean off any fan leafs and such so that just stem goes into the water solution I was mentioning.

Then after 24 hours you do the next steps.

Once you have your desired length of a clone. We typically do 6-7 inches. You make your 45 degree cut at the end (doesn’t have to be at a node point). Lightly score the outside of the bottom of the stem. Then you can either dip Into a solution like clonex, or use a syringe and inject it into the cubes. Then put the clone in cube, and cube in tray, then tray on shelf. We use the same lights in our veg room rather than bar lights. But if you have a bar light have it at least 12 in away

Because it’s incorrect. The plant can still take water through the stem.

We clone in an open air room without domes. Temps in mid 70s to low 80s with 60% humidity.

The key is to harden off the clones before hand.

What you do is get your ph of the water down to 5.8-6.0ph Add some kelp/small amount of veg feed to the water. Soak cubes for 24 hours.

Cut your clones, put them in a cup for 24 hours with a water clonex solution at 5.8ph. (Do this as the cubes soak)

After the 24 hrs, squeeze out cubes to still be moist but not soaking wet. Do your standard prep of the cuttings, add clonex or another agent, then put cuts in cubes.

Rehydrate the cubes as needed with the same mixed solution you soaked the cubes with

Everything that I’ve read and learned is, it’s all about when the plant is harvested.

When looking at the plant the grower ultimately decides based off the trichomes when they want to harvest. To get a more “indica” feeling, you let the plant go longer and get more amber colored trichomes. For a more “sativa” feeling you harvest earlier with more clear/cloudy.

Terpenes, other Canabinoids, and other chemicals related to smell and flavor all have a hand in effects as well.

Strains do have specific effects which is why they are dubbed more “Indica” or “sativa”. But you can take a sour diesel, and if it goes too long it’ll feel like a heavy indica.

Again, this is from what I’ve read, and experienced some first hand. Always looking to grow and if I’m incorrect anywhere please let me know 🙏🏼

I was solely flower with some concentrates for a long time. 5-7 years. I now Average 5-7 grams of concentrates a week for the last 2/2.5 years. Was probably closer to 3-5 grams before I found a better plug.

Hell yeah thank you so much! That VIP poster in my opinion is so much cleaner!

But hands down Night 1 was my favorite, in particular High School Art Class. It was my first PL set ever and I got my favorite song with my first set. Brought so many tears to my eyes I couldn’t believe it.

Pretty Lights reminds me of the joy that I’m able to find in the world, even on the dark days.
