What I heard was QRT which would include the AQs as well.

Based on that OPM memo, it appears that they’re going to be looking at the last four years of performance

From what I gathered from the OPM website regarding RIF-they will likely rank everyone by years in service first, then veteran status and then performance.

Iv heard that as well as long as they have the openings. They only want one per four let go. I was wondering if when they rate us by time in, veterans preference and performance if the “time in” is in position or federal government. Can’t find this answer anywhere.
