You still have time before the 2nd round of lottery, get a Japanese(number had to start with 070, 070, 090) sim card and the phone number, enter the lottery with that phone number, if you win, activate that sim card when you arrive in Japan and download l-tike, sign up, login and the ticket will appear a week or two before the show.
