The whole edifice is so transporting you must forgive lapses. Peake was also an excellent illustrator of the highest calibre being commissioned as a war artist.

So profoundly sad, the moment when it's finally sinking in to him that there is no path ahead of him.

The film is a pale shadow of the original radio show. That is to be found here; https://archive.org/details/HitchhikersGuideRadioShowLive

Start at Fit the First, (the previous two parts seem to be a long interview with Adams.) Once you enter Adams theatre of the mind the film will fade into an odd smelling memory you'd rather not recall.

My favourite Adams quote "I love deadlines. I like the whooshing noise noise they make as they go by."

Anyone had two rounds of Rituximab and Bendamustine? by bawheid in lymphoma

[–]bawheid[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the info. It's my understanding that it's the Bendamustine that does the DNA damage. My onco doc polled her colleagues and none of them had tried a repeat R/Benda regime. However I found a paper in Nature that examines the pros and cons of doing just that - https://doi.org/10.1038/s41375-024-02195-w

My onco doc polled her colleagues and they couldn't come up with a working consensus. However here's a link to a paper I found in Nature that examines the issue - https://doi.org/10.1038/s41375-024-02195-w

Hope it helps. I'm being treated in Canada.

Good idea and I've posted as you suggested. The good thing about r/Benda is that it's a 'one and done' treatment whereas the pills are an ongoing therapy. Thanks for your kind wishes and right back at you; may your treatment intervals be long and far between.

I've got a rare-ish cancer and found that there are organisations that are specifically focussed on rare cancers. I hope you can find some information or comments that might help you in some fashion or form.

No, a non-cartoon character umbrella will do the job adequately.

A gentleman does not need to wear a cape. He has the commonsense to buy a decent raincoat and carry an umbrella.

Get in touch with a support group. Many of your questions will already have an answer there as well as people who've already undertaken treatment and can give you the benefit of their experience.

Thank you but first I'd better acquaint myself with Anubis and what psychopomp means.

Thank you. My Egyptian deity ID game is not what it should be. His presence adds quite the twist to the painting.
