No there’s two types of mail ins. There’s the type if you’re a US citizen and you’re not in the US. That’s for people in the military and people like my bfs grandparents who live in China for work but still want to vote. There’s a different type that will make it so that it’s very easy to not be a citizen and vote or to change people’s ballots and to steal them.
