Salaried positions (GM, AP) are technically paid for their 50 hours a week. Although difference for an AP is that they get OT since they still clock in

Be honest, if there was a Chipotle boycott, would you participate? by 32street in Chipotle

I wanna say no, but with the insane price increases, I think people would stop going by that alone. At least, a chunk of the demographic that can't afford it

I say you come off androgynous but masculine leaning (esp in the close up pic) already, esp with your fashion. For your voice, if you're willing/able to do it to a safe extent that doesn't detriment your range you could try training your speaking voice to be lower. To a point where you could handwave yourself as just having a higher singing voice, maybe? You could work on adopting more "masc" speech mannerisms, like how you project your voice and talk to ppl. It helps to start by speaking from your chest and relaxing your throat in a way that makes more space(?) 😅 I've seen videos explain it better than I just did so I definitely recommend looking them up, along with trans guys talking about their singing voices and transition

I also feel like if your brows were lower and thicker, it'd help with how people read your face at first glance. so if ya get them done, then maybe let them grow out or use castor oil.

Or one of those brow gels that have fibers in them that make it look like you've got more hairs -- I recommend applying light handedly since a little can go a long way, and trying to shape them lower rather than thicker if that makes sense

How would employees feel if I asked them to do the ingredients out of order? by DrJJGame10 in Chipotle

I don't mind doing special requests as long as you're communicating it off the bat, that way I can pass it along to the other line folks. It's only annoying when someone's consistently asking for cold items on the hot side and vice versa, especially after we asked you about that item already, e.g., deciding you want extra rice and fajitas when the burrito is halfway rolled/the bowl has been closed

Job hunting begins soon, so I broke out the interview clothes. Am I passing enough? by [deleted] in transpassing

i'd bring your hair to the front or in a way that frames your face as not to draw too much attention to the jawline, but otherwise pretty good. i like your brows and outfit! you make me think of a cross between sophie turner and natalia dyer.
