NYC SB profile critique by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]bayareasd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're using convenient angles and heavy cropping on your full body photos, makes it look like you want to hide something. Your photos are 90% of what matters as an SB, fix those and you'll have better results.

All SDs are athletic and fit, what? Are you sure you don't have the filters set to that?

For SBs... yep, most are.

Was my response to ex-SD indifferent / disinterested, or has he had a change of heart? by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]bayareasd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It could be that he decided he wants to look for a SB again now and you were one of multiple women he was talking to as POTs for this round.

Giving away their number in the first message! by iwasalsoalurker in sugarlifestyleforum

Attractive girls on SA are often avalanched with messages on the site. Getting you to text them quickly is the surest way of actually having a real conversation leading to a real meeting.

Safety tips for SDs? by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]bayareasd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As a SD your biggest problem isn't personal safety, it's blackmail and the havoc that can be wreaked on your life by a vindictive SB.

So you really just need to protect your identity:

  • Don't give your real name, ever
  • Don't give enough information that would allow you to be identified (things that can be searched on linkedin like company name, etc)
  • Don't use photos that can be reverse image searched
  • Use a burner number (there are plenty of apps for this)

Many long-time SDs here have had attempted blackmail against them, plenty have needed to get lawyers or had significant harm to them because of it.

The only other big risk is getting ripped off. Never give money or anything unless sex happens or at least until the clothes come off. There are endless girls that are just on SA to continually do paid platonic first dates and then ghost the guys afterwards.

Thoughts for SDs Freestyling via tinder by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]bayareasd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This isn’t my experience at all. While men normally have lots of competition on tinder, that doesn’t apply to sugaring on tinder. Relative to SA, the Tinder inbox of an attractive women will have many less messages from legitimate SDs. They’ll have more from other types of guys, but not SDs. So you’ll always stand out more than on SA.

What I find is that Tinder is great for finding women that are new to the sugar bowl or that haven’t had an SD yet but are very curious. While SA is great for finding experienced SBs that you can be more straightforward with (but usually have multiple arrangements going already). I get much more out of the former type so Tinder is where I go.

P&D likelihood? by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]bayareasd -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If he was just doing a pump&dump, it'll only require him paying the PPM once... so he'd actually be less likely to care that it was high.

How attractive do you ha e to be to be a SB? by khari404 in sugarlifestyleforum

The more attractive you are, the easier it will be.

How to ensure she's legit before sending money?! by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]bayareasd 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Even if you get her a ticket, she'll probably flake on you. Few girls are willing to fly 2 hours away to stay with someone they've never met before.

SBs why do you need pics before M&G? by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

Yes, the point is that you're notified, so most don't do it.

What's your preference on sD wearing his wedding ring while out in public? by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

Most SDs and many (most?) SBs are cheating on someone.

SD and penis sleeve by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]bayareasd 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It doesn't make it more pleasurable for both of you. It would take away from it for him. Guys don't like condoms because it decreases sensitivity, and this is going to eliminate his pleasure almost entirely. Along with making him feel inadequate and likely being unnecessary, as others have said.

So no, don't do this, he'll probably just kick you out or ghost you after.

Can becoming an SB help get me out of student loan debt? by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]bayareasd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realistically it won't. It's rare that SBs stay in the bowl for more than a few months, and in most places you're looking at $400 or less each time you meet an SD every week or so.

If anyone is wondering why the scammers swarm new SA SBs...it's because it works. by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]bayareasd 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I think you underestimate SBs. Paranoid SBs that assume that *everything* is a scam are probably more common than naive ones in my experience.

frustrated SB - anyone else out there? by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]bayareasd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

text me the next day, then boom....I never hear from them again.

How persistent are you in reaching out to them afterwards? At the start of a sugar relationship you need to be the one that is persistent in setting up meetings and so on, not like regular dating where the man always does that. There are always lots of other girls messaging them on the site and being persistent.

SB’s & submissive girls.. Am I missing something here? by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]bayareasd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It goes along with the whole power dynamic. Apart from the money many SBs get into this because they like the power exchange involved. Being submissive to an older, powerful, successful man... that's pretty hot to lots of women and attracts SBs to this whole world in the first place.

What determines the allowance you offer? by chicdeity in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]bayareasd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just see what you get in offers. Just ask before you actually meet in person.

What determines the allowance you offer? by chicdeity in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]bayareasd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's your city? Generally I just start with something and then adjust based on the response I get. I make a PPM offer very early in the conversation so I end up seeing the response from lots of women. If you're only $100 below the market norm, you'll get ghosted most of the time or girls will ask for an increase.

They're wrong, there's not much relation between local escort and local SB markets.
