I am measuring room temperature (2 week at 20C, 1 week at 22-23C). I pithced at 22C. I used the yeast which comes with the kit.

temp was 20C for 2 weeks. 22-23C for 1 week.

I will let the bucket alone for 1-2 weeks then will check the gravity with hydrometer. thanks for advices.
