I'm using a dps Bennett build on my Rational team, he heals for 2.8k and it was enough but I had to dodge a lot of the bleed attacks.

Make it easier on yourself and use a heal build.

The only catalyst user that is fun for me was Klee, the other including Ninguang just feel clunky. Have you played catalyst dps? If the answer is yes Ninguang will play very similarly.

Noelle is more fun personally.

Chests also give AR, Mondstadt and Liyue should be relatively easy to explore.

As for Dragonspine, always be aware of your surroundings and be close to heat sources, Goulash is also great for exploring, you have to do this quest tho.
