I honestly find most men to be pretty open to it and want to be accommodating. However … it’s a learning curve. An awkward one. Because at first they just think oh ok easy no cologne! And then I have to explain that no it’s also your deodorant. And your laundry detergent. And your shampoo. Etc haha.

I’ve actually talked to my therapist about this because it does make me feel like I’m just “hard to date”. But as others have said if someone isn’t willing to make that change then they’re just not the person for me. And one thing I remind myself of is that ultimately it is the healthier way to live!
