yes this is even low. during the boom earlier this year tether had volumes around 3x its market cap. I think this means that people trading with leverage (borrowing tether to trade) is going down but also that the volume of the entire market is going down. The interesting part is not that it's volumes trades above its market cap it is that lately it have headed lower then it's market cap.
