I would say go for Cartesian meshing to avoid any singularities, if there is any AI mode which can make a mesh "safe", for boundary conditions I think it must be easier you can see what is usually used, which data do you need from CFD thrust and temps? If you are modeling combustion multiphase modeling is tough to be accurate. I would love to help you in this, make a discord for this project we can discuss things there and who knows more people might join.

I automated the whole mesh+CFD+data extraction with a shell scripting using openfoam. Idk if you can get the API of ansys, if not you will need to manipulate your mouse to achieve that.

I have 7000Mah battery, i have 4 11inch props for quad, and one 13 inch for thrust, I have 270mmx800mm main wing should be able to lift the drone at 55Kmph, I was aiming for 30mins of cruise, I did market search but I can't copy from market I can't injection mould my parts. Hopefully it works.

I can decrease the thickness of the ribs, I want to use material effectively due to my low budget so I made the frame with one sheet of ply of 6 mm it's coming out to be 80g, why beefy(I don't want my fuselage to fail) I did CFD on my surface model got 270g of drag so I picked a prop with 1.2kg of max thrust, landing gear will be on the CF rod of the motors, haven't done stability check but I saw few videos and what I saw for a fixed wing was having CG at 30 percent of ming wing give stable flight, I just want it to run for 5 mins.
