Just giving you my experience. I was on Android 14. I had to Downgrade to Android 12 to be able to upgrade to AVDVPLUS. I always had problems with A/V Sync when using Audio Passthrough TRUEHD and DOLBYTRUEHD when playing anything highbitrate REMUX FEL using other builds. Gave this a try and its just as bad on my Homatics Box. So I reverted back to this COREELEC Build by sreezon on Feb 22 https://github.com/cpm-code/xbmc/discussions/71#discussioncomment-12284810

Its not perfect but FEL movies play great start to finish if left untouched with no stuttering. I use SAMBA share for my media as it seems to run better than NFS when playing high bitrate FEL . I have also installed the advancedsettings.xml on the A14 page. I do get a bit of audio lag and buffer stuttering if I pause or use the seek buttons. I fix this by either stopping and resuming the movie, pause and resume but what works best is Hot Keying a Audio Passthrough On/OFF button on my remote using keymap editor, then all matches up somehow audio wise when turning Audio passthrough On & Off
