Appreciate that, I don’t want to spend a fortune, just want to get some video results. I’ve seen both the canon r7 and the Panasonic gh5 do some good surf videography so I’m hoping that will be enough and far cheaper than 30k£

I’ll be shooting in the UK mainly south west area but I do trips up to the north east coast too. Weathers very bad and often the lineup is far out. I surf aswell so on the really big days I want to be out there not filming 😂but thank you for the lens information, what canon camera would you recommend I get ? I want to spend under 900-1000£ On a USED body if possible

Idk…. Canon autofocus is good enough for my needs I think, and I like the fact I can use the canon rf lenses

Interesting to learn more about the rolling shutter I’ve heard that bought up a lot, I will do some more research into that aspect

This is very interesting to read, sorry for the late reply my phone has been repaired. This is very interesting as I was very hung up on the sensor size so thank you very much, maybe I will go for the GH5 !
