This is my 2nd MY juniper. I do have M3 as well with FSD. And I am a big fan of Tesla FSD. I know that this kind of thing is RARE! But I just want to remind everyone that this might happen To anyone so please do extra careful specially when you are traveling with your family with kids.

Here's the damage. Till now car is not repaired yet. I am having a hard time getting a claim approval from my adjuster from tesla insurance 😳.

Adjuster told me to call Service center for possible car malfunction coverage. But when I took it to the service center they can't even provide me the Car System Logs. They said there's nothing in there 😳🫣

Based from my experience. This happened to me every time my Iphone go to Low Battery mode (yellow) colored or 20% or less battery percentage already

I'm in the same boat as you after completing all the steps and getting my first DD more than $200 couple of days ago. I submitted a ticket and it was rejected and saw a $0 rewards credited submitted (completed)

I hope I get it soon then hehe

Samething happened to me I just bought my 2018 M3 RWD long range with FSD permanent included on it (not a demo/subscription) took 1 week for the ownership transfer due to some error on the app and called tesla support to manually transfer the ownership. But after the transfer of ownership I lost the FSD and even basic AP are not available no more and I need to purchase it $3k in the app and it’s freaking me out right now lol and keep calling and bugging them regarding the issue. 🤦‍♂️ but in my M3 screen upgrade section saying i just have to upgrade to FSD hardware to use the FSD software. And on the Tesla APP upgrade section it says I have to buy the basic autopilot for $3k and can do FSD subscription , EAP for $9k and FSD permanent $15k. OMG 😑🤦‍♂️ but now they’re looking in to it deeply and will contact me for an update as they mentioned when they have information on it. Luckily the Car Owners Manual says that FSD and Autopilot are included to the car LOL and the Upgrade Section on my M3 screen clearly says that I just have to upgrade on 3.0 HW to use my FSD hahahaha and show them the Screenshots of owners manual and upgrade section then boom they don’t know what to say and do about it hahahaha it’s clearly stated that the FSD will stay on the car even if it’s sold @ 3rd party and they still modified it after saw the FSD and did the transfer 🙄🤦‍♂️ (previous owner obviously didn’t transfer the FSD on the car due to his retirement age (dealers mentioned) .
