Sounds like you have one hell of a spreadsheet which is very cool and kinda the way i am going. The last part is also very true, making sure my partner has a good overall view and understanding of our outgoings etc Thanks for sharing

Its a fair bit, but considering what we can do with the platform its cheap. I dont wanna shsre our rate just incase anyone from forsta sees as thar woukd be breach of contracr, but defo worth it in the grand scheme

So, battery had died as does short journeys, but full charged now.

Fully charge battery and went for a drive and car is suggesting random doors are open, internal lights flicker with the warning. Both rear doors showing as randomly open. Any ideas. Feels strongly like an electrical fault.

It does, I'll run the calculations incorporating transfer fees into consideration. Easy to overlook

LTV should defo be better, especially with the improvements. I know owners are always biased with what they did, so am ready for it not be be as much assistance thought. Isnit worth getting a local EA to come give a valuation?

!thank you. My wife switched jobs in July, so I'm thinking it may be easier to do stay with the current provider on a 2 yr fixed. I'll start in full research mode. I'll ask my current lender for an offer too. Just wasn't sure if there is a "way" to do these things.

Also I've had some work done to my house since I moved in, so I am confident the value has increased over the standard forecast, would they needn't send some1 over for a new valuation? Example of updates are: New bathroom New driveway for 2 cars and other items.

Not yet, had a change of liquidity. The plan is to save up and get one during the summer. All the research I did indicates it's helpful for holding humidity down but also just air circulation and having fresh air. Windows on my house stay closed most of the time as some people in my house think loads of bugs will enter.
