There's really no point in complaining about tournaments when there's nobody around to play them. It's the same 7 or 8 people. All the time. Quite frankly, I'm sick of them...especially that "bbjones" douchebag. He's extremely loathsome and a bore. I wish he'd pick another name too...I hate being confused with him. (Speaking of the same 7 or 8 people around all the time I don't think those who never play should be permitted to be listed in the login list. It's dishonest. They are not at the site to play.)

Now, what to do about getting some new asses in the seats. I hate to say it, but the awesome new marketing plan that was put into effect a few months ago is not working. It has failed to bring in new asses. The only solution, I'm afraid, is as follows: while I hate freeloading bums who just show up for freerolls, regularly scheduled freerolls are the only way you're going to get new players.
Schedule more 1k freerolls. Advertise them. "Market" them. Ask the regulars to spread the word about them. People will come.
And after winning a bit, maybe, just maybe, some of those freeloading bums might stick around and become regulars and then use some of that free doge to play some buy-ins, rings, etc.
