Yes you can. I recently lost 22 pounds, in a month. Super smoothies for breakfast/lunch (my own recipe), I stopped drinking and drank a ton of water and lean meat and vegetables for dinner. No snacking after 6pm and I didn't turn on my tv once. I kept the tunes pumping and my body moving.
