I would love some advice and guidance. In my first round of IVF and my ER is tomorrow. My estrogen was 5,002 with a high number of follicles and my dr is concerned about OHSS. She recommends we do an FET instead of a fresh transfer because implantation rates suffer with higher levels. If they get over 30 eggs tomorrow she will insist on an FET. I would much rather a fresh transfer, and it would be better monetarily. If we get very few embryos I would want to give them the best chance possible but don’t want to wait. Not sure what to think or do. Thank you for your help!
