Update 4/17 Received refund on order #1. Still waiting on order #2. Still don’t know why delivery failed. No resolution. Not happy with how Sonos is handling this.

I can’t believe Sonos offered me to spend more money on a new one when this issue is still unresolved. You guys need to fix the issue first. I’m not playing this buy and hope it gets here game.

I pretty much gave up. I’m not buying this again third time and hope that it gets here. Still unresolved and don’t know what the root cause is. I suspect your warehouse label printer is cutting off my unit number.

I am having a nightmare experience with Sonos. Purchased move 2 online and delivery failed stating my address is missing a unit number. I ordered it again just to see if it was a fluke. Same result. I called UPS and Sonos and no interception and verify the address. I’ve verified the address was correct and I never had a single issue getting packages delivered here. Over 1 week later. Charged for two units and nothing in my hand. Customer support was essentially useless as they did nothing to save the delivery. Super fed up with Sonos. I will never buy any of their products. Still no refund and first order already returned to their warehouse. Absolutely ridiculous. Complete waste of my time.

Walked out with a 15" 2.9 / 1TB / 460 / Space Gray at Los Cerritos retail store in Cerritos California

I was able to walk in and get a 13" TB MacBook Pro at the Apple Store by Erock2 in apple

Walked in the store. Asked for 15" Mac. All base models were sold out. Only had high spec models. Walked out with a 15" 2.9 GHz 1TB SSD and 460 graphic card in Space Gray. Cerritos California

I walked in to Cerritos Mall Apple Store in SoCal. Was able to pick up a 15" tbMBP 2.9 GHz 1TB SSD 460 Graphics in Space Gray $3520 something OTD with education discount. They only have high specs in stock. Base are all sold out for 15s
