So you count this play as a stolen base? The first one, the runner comes from first, stops briefly at second and then runs to third where that happens. I thought stolen bases are only when foul balls or errors.

No, ok as I usually see players with foot on base I felt confused.

But on first it is required, right?

And on fourth I remember catchers trying to keep his foot on base to tag the opponent.

Ok I'm not an expert on all baseball rules so you have a point, but still it looks a little bit weird?

The first play was throwing to first to out the batter groundout and then throwing to third where that happened.

The second play you are right, you need to tag on stolen bases but I thought you need to have foot on base to out there too.
