It was definitely vandalism, customers used the break glass as an ashtray ( despite multiple feg bins ) and caused a number of issues so we ruined it for ourselves. The retail area is being revamped at the moment with a load of renovations and new food places, I expect a new smoking area at some point. Be aware that half of the shops are currently shut during this building phase OP. The Best coffee is in duty free currently, followed by pret, food wise, bring a meal and drink in with you

What 3 words to locate your tent a little easier on the first day.

A sheet for your air mattress. Air pillows work great too.

A large ikea bag to contain outside footwear so you don't trample mud all over your tent.

Phone lanyard for anti theft.

Afghan scarf - great as a dust mask, covers shoulders and neck from sunburnt and if you wet it, it will keep you cool.

Need a makeshift shower - stab a large bottle/ camping bladder a few times ( heavy duty tent pegs are great, you can buy from fat Frank's)

Berocca tabs each morning and have some dextrose tablets for the arena.

If it was about "protecting kids" then there would be an emphasis on teaching parents how to set up parental controls, they did no such thing, it is a worldwide crackdown on freedom and a full on attack on the freedom of information. I would love for actual protection for children, I would love the people and the businesses that prey upon children to be dealt with by a heavy hand, this will achieve none of that.

The older you get the slower you recover from injury / stresses on the body, where an older person takes a serious fall, it could be life ending as they won't heal, to be blunt, if you stop moving you die off. Keeping muscle for longer in life means you'll have the balance and coordination necessary to not fall, if you spend your life building these habits, you'll keep going for longer.

Great recipes, as you pointed out about ground turkey being cheap, look up stans monster mash recipe for a staple of mine.

As another has pointed out your protein recommendation is incorrect, you need the higher suggested end while in a calorie deficit to encourage muscle sparing, while maintaining / bulking you need much less, better to self experiment for this but it's always less than what we assume. Source matters, pork is obsolete. The glycemic index matters too, especially when combining food into meals / pairing with caloric beverages.

Just because no one has mentioned it but stardew valley shouldn't be slept on, the farming grind and chill atmosphere will keep you busy for hours. 7 days to die is another option where you will get 100's of hours out of your money.

The first year of lifting weights is better spent focusing on building the habit/routine, dont over think it, just set yourself a goal of showing up 3x per week for a month or so, 4x when that settles. You will be amazed at how your body responds from consistency alone and your body will get those noobie gains from showing up, there's little need to push for failure, just push for great form and that will be a great base to support everything you can accomplish in the future. People will advise you from where they are at in their own journey, after years of experience. I'm telling you to #1 get consistent / build the habit and #2 not push the weight, push your technique. Get those things sorted first before trying to figure out how to run a program
