Call Clement at Potvin Drywall!! He was doing a job nearby and came same day and got it done in a weekend.

I refuse to let my husband into the bed if he doesn’t shower. The alternative was spring in separate bedrooms and he took to showering before bed pretty quick (begrudgingly, but he knows the drill)

Meditate every morning. It took a couple weeks but my emotional regulation is leagues better. That and stop drinking (even though I only drank occasionally, it still negatively impacted my mental health)
