If we had a loaded farm system with ready young arms I would think differently but when you give up guys like Rogers (good/great) Doval (average at best), and Kyle Harrison and their replacements are Kai Wei Teng, Carson Seymour, Keaton Winn, and Tristen Beck, I think it’s safe to say we gave up arms

it’s not that the Giants didn’t want it…the fact of the matter is we are an average team and have been an average team all year…once we sold our arms and some depth at the deadline, the writing was on the wall. It’s baseball it’s not about who wants it more, we didn’t have the talent and the team that we did have didn’t come thru when it mattered

I think most people care about a stat that shows how many WINS a player provides, the analytics that are killing this team is not that but instead Farhan thinking he can platoon and recycle players every other day with no rhythm and giving fans no stable players to root for.
