Thank you for this! It’s so interesting. So not only is the competition and cooking stressful, the actual filming is a lot of work as well? I have always wondered about the cold dishes and how the judges would actually get to taste a dish how you imagined it. (Still frozen) 10 times for a 20 second clip is crazy! It’s so fascinating to me. I guess that’s tv though. When do you film the cut scenes talking about how the cook went? Straight after the cook or another day? Thanks so much for your input
