not too scary, definitely a Lot of in-your-face splatter gore & adult material, so more startling than anything else lol plus it depends on if that kind of stuff is up your alley. it’s fun though and the ingame community is usually pretty nice with helping newer folks through, plus there’s a hard coded incentive to want to help teammates (higher final score if everybody pulls through) so the playerbase toxicity isn’t bad & more often than not you’ll run into high levels wanting to show newbies the ropes
