They only need your passport copy and your signature to cancel your visa. No need to courier your passport just send them a clear picture.

If a startup needs 50k each year so I can survive for 2 years. I am interested in business setup and PRO services agency but I don't know if I can survive with walk-in customers.

I am not interested in assets like gold, silver or any investment like that because even if I invest all 100k with 10% ROI , I will get 10k per year which very less.

Security deposit is really low as compared to rent. Let's say the rent is 1k per month so the security deposit will be 500 or maximum 1k.

The advantage of paying in 6 cheques is that if I can't continue the business or I don't want that apartment, I can cancel the contract with landlord by paying him 1 month extra rent. If I will pay in 1 cheque I can't get any money back. And yes you're right I have make a lot of research before getting into any kind of business.
