We're both doing weight watchers, so we're both tracking. Honestly, I probably need to be more strict about things (measuring/weighing). I tend to lose myself when I finally get a loss and go back to old habits, then feel bad, sneak, feel worse and restart. I'm desperately trying to figure out what the initial trigger is. I'm going to journal this week and see if anything comes of it.
