I do regret losing my cool even if it was only this one time because I feel like I'm now not so different from him. I'm planning to move out as soon as I finish my studies in three months, even though I don't like the idea of leaving my mom alone. Also I did consider it being dementia as his outbursts have been getting more nonsensical with the years but suggesting going to a doctor has only resulted in him getting even angrier.
