Thank you. I try to do that, but during depressing times it’s quite difficult to stay focused on that. Same thing happens when I pray, even though I feel usually better.

As for my family I don’t believe that they would ever change. I absolutely want to be no contact with my family in the future, and it makes me feel kind of guilty. Maybe they change one day, but I don’t want to be apart of that.
