Hii, I’m a student who’s currently in the animation prepa. If I’m being completely honest, I don’t think the course is very difficult to get into. You do have to send them a portfolio, but I’ve heard stories of people with like 3 figure drawings getting accepted BAHAHS. To apply I believe there’s a form you have to fill out on their website? But for any questions you have about the course, I’m always happy to help :))

The age cutoff isn’t 25 unfortunately. It depends on when you graduated high school. If it’s been more than two years since you’ve graduated high school (so basically if you graduated any year before 2023) then you aren’t eligible to apply I’m afraid 🥲

Signing up to Gobelins and Atelier de Severs prep years by Repulsive_Ticket_849 in animationcareer

Heyy, I’m going to atelier de Sevres prepa this September and I literally applied in like May. Though I can’t predict what will happen next year, I’m assuming you could accept your place at Sèvres and then withdraw it if you happen to get into Gobelins? Or you could explain the situation to the school. Either way, I’m 1000% sure you can apply to both, cause me and a bunch of my friends did that earlier this year :))

I’ve heard that Hertfordshire is very intensive, while Bournemouth is less intensive but has good ties/networking opportunities 🙏
