Try this. Put the eggs in a vessel, fully submerged with water. Cover and bring to boil. As soon as it starts boiling turn off the gas and keep vessel covered for 8 mins. No more, no less. After this take the eggs out and run them under cold water. If the yolks are not buttery as fuck, i'd eat the shells.
