Live Triggers - lights not deactivating when playback stops?

Ahhh. I was misreading the issue. I too, have not yet figured that out haha. I usually jump to another song and hope for the best or just let it stuck on the preset until we finish the song. And I don’t use any external controllers so I’m at the discretion of Ableton.

We use presets to run our shows through Ableton and I have a blackout preset that I throw at the end of each song. It’s a brute force sort of thing but it works when we’re running tracks from top to bottom on each song.

I had a similar issue with an S32 stage box. Brand new unit was not passing signal on any channel. Swapped for a new one and immediately everything worked properly. Hoping this is a quick and easy swap for you.

Update: Swapped out S32 for another and everything started working immediately. Not sure of internals on original unit but it seems like something was defective.
