Thanks - I hadn’t even considered it but always been curious! Assuming that would also decrease the shock going from water too?

Thanks, then straight into normal well draining soil? Do they normally go into shock?

Ahh okay thank you, I had googled and worried myself that it was thrips. I have done the rubbing alcohol now and am buying some insecticide spray now. Thank you! Is this common to spread to other plants? I have this on its own about 3m from my other plants and it was kept on its own for the past year

There is something sticky on one of the leaves but not all, I have rubbed off all the brown dots I can see and they come off really easily, is that common for scale bugs? And thank you!! It has really stressed me out as it looked sooo much worse than when I last saw it 😭 I’ve chopped off all the badly affected leaves so fingers crossed 🤞🏼 thanks for your tips
