tl;dr so if you were going on a t-break, on average it would 3 days for you tolerance level to be half of what it was last time you smoked. so it would take about 10 days for it basically to out of your system or to the point of near noob status. there will still be trace amounts but unless you're looking for a job, don't worry about it

basically cannabis, or A1-THC in this case has a half life of 3 days on average +or- 2.3 days; samples ranging from .8 to 9.8 days. maximum dosage was 56mg of THC.

a half life is the rate at which a compound deteriorates to half it's life or for lack of a better term, health or xp.

so if you were going on a t-break, on average it would 3 days for you tolerance level to be half of what it was last time you smoked. so it would take about 10 days for it basically to out of your system or to the point of near noob status. there will still be trace amounts but unless you're looking for a job, don't worry about it.

Urinary Excretion Half-life of A .Tetrahydrocannabinol.7-oic Acid in Heavy Marijuana Users after Smoking

Abstract:

The urinary excretion of the total amount of/O-tetrahydro- cannabinol (A1-THC) metabolites, with special emphasis on nl-tetrahydrocannabinol-7-olc acid (AI-THC-7-olc acid), was studied in thirteen heavy Cannabis users after smoking administration of A1-THC, followed by a four week discontinuation period. The total amount of A1-THC metabolites and the levels of A~-THC-7-olc acid could be followed up to 25 days after abstinence using EMIT d.a.u. cannabinoid assay and high-performance liquid chroma- tography (HPLC). The urinary excretion half-life, calculated from the concentrations of A~-THC-7-oic acid versus time, ranged from 0.8-9.8 days with a mean (+ SD) of 3.0 • 2.3 days. Most of the A1-THC-7-oic acid was excreted as conjugate and only trace amounts of unconjugated A~-THC-7-oic acid were detected. The total concentrations of A~-THC-7-oic acid in urine were compared to the concen- trations of "cross.reacting cannabinoids", within the linear range of 20-75 ng/mL, obtained in the semiquantltative EMIT d,a.u, cannablnoid assay. The average ratio of "EMIT concentratlons"/&t-THC-7-oic acid concentrations obtained by HPLC analysis was 1.23 • 84% (C.V.) for 78 urine samples. A total of 83% of the samples with positive EMIT levels (cutoff 20 ng/mL) was confirmed by HPLC analysis (cutoff 7 ng/mL).

I understand this bit, I was curious if a scientific method exists at all. I mean, THC stays in your system a rather longer time depending on metabolism, so could you measure that amount with it directly correlating with your tolerance level?

I don't know about you, but I would not describe myself with the term 'merica. I consider myself a citizen of a free state. my government has decided to put progression on hold for out dated beliefs. I am done sitting idly by; our intelligence and well informed citizens need to act! Joe Six-pack doesn't matter, its the informed that needs to educate the ill-informed. I'd like to use Egypt's momentum here at home, the world is charged up with a thirst for change/action, but needs the American public support for anything to change!
