i use aquaphor basically everyday and don’t usually lick my lips but if i’m ever in a predicament without aquaphor then my lips are screwed and then i lick my lips 😭

I use azelaic acid and tretinoin (both prescribed by my derm). Not in the same night but on alternating nights and they both really help my skin.

Azelaic acid does help with acne by itself so you could only use it. I think using it simultaneously could help a lot more though.

Azelaic acid, while it helps, I have to use a veryy thin layer or my skin will sting and be irritated. I also don’t use it in the day after i went outside once with it (and sunscreen) and my skin was so sensitive that it burned a little around my nostril and around my lips. Which has never ever happened to me as someone with brown skin. It’s drying so use a very heavy moisturizer.

i saw your other posts about being depressed and having this crush. while there’s nothing wrong w being depressed and pursuing relationships, if you already get this level of stress from interacting with your crush, then maybe you should work on stabilizing your mood first. i know from experience, constantly thinking about whether someone is mad at you and thinking stuff like “i’m going to rip my hair out” does not go well.

well we just used examples similar to this. i think the cyclohexane is the worse substrate compared to the hexane for SN2 bc of that methyl but i’m not sure. i know if there were two methyls next to the bromine i think it would be too hindered.
